Anyone here do carpet sales/installs?
 

I need a room of wall to wall carpeting. Its currently carpeted but needs replacement. The pad and tack strips are ok, and I'll remove the old carpet prior. Room is just under 256 sq ft (approx. 15.5 x 15.5)

I may decide to go for a second room if the price is right. Same deal, just slightly smaller at about 160 sq ft.

I'm looking for the best price. It's a rental unit so I'm not looking for high end materials. Color would need to be in the tan/beige family.
