Torque converter lock up switch
Anyone using one? If so when do you turn it on when at the track. I plan on only using it at the track due to the abuse that might occur. Would it be better to switch on in second or third gear?

Mine does via PCM, but I assume you are rocking a 700r?
I believe mine locks after 1st, may stay locked through shifts IDK. It will trash a single disk converter though so be careful.. |

You should be able to wire in a push button in on the TCC lockup wire and ground it. On a 95 its cavity T (tan/black) and just ground it to bypass the PCM doing it.
Have you measured your converter efficiency? If its good you may gain nothing but a trashed clutch plate. |

I have the tunercat software is it possible to increase trans line pressure at WOT to decrease slippage? Anyone have experience with this? I would rather not use the lock up switch if possible.
