OCT/NOV meet poll.
 

Ok, since we had to move the September meet to October 11, it is now the week before the regularly scheduled meet on 10/18 in Flemington. In my opinion that isn’t good and we need to reconsider the October meet in order to spread things out. Of course we cannot move the Flemington car show, so the new meet would be somewhere else

Option 1 – Keep Current Schedule:
Sat 10/11 – Island
Sat 10/18 – Flemington
Mon 11/10 - Atco

Option 2 – Alternative Schedule
Sat 10/11 – Island
Sat 11/1 – Hamilton area, likely Tilted Kilt – I will organize once we decide what to do.
Mon 11/10 – Atco

Option 3 – Drop Flemington meet
Sat 10/11 – Island
Mon 11/10 - Atco

It’s too late in the game to have a long discussion about this. Please pick one.

Option two would work and give an opportunity for those not able to attend the rental to attend a meet in November.

I kind of thought that too.

I selected 1... but Ill select 2 if we have a "non official" meet up for the flemington show :)

I think Option 2 is the best of the ones listed. Not every one is going to be able/willing to use a Personal Day on a Monday to make it to the Atco meet on Nov 10.
It's a shame to lose the Flemington show, but this spaces things out best, provides a definitive meet that's not going to get rainchecked like the other two are prone too, and breaks up the back to back track meets, for those who may not be the biggest fans of racing.
