Dyno Day with the Hellcat
A LTx specific forum held their annual dyno day in Pottstown PA. I took the bird there last year after the refreshed engine went in and decided to see what the hellcat would do in stock form.
I got a nice char from the sun but overall the dyno went well. I got to drive it and will admit seeing 200mph on the dash was a bit unsettling. The Hellcat's 1:1 gear is 6th (8spd auto) which leads to the car hitting 200mph at 6200rpm (redline). Based on the results, it looks like mine is running just fine. I even spotted a rare Unicorn and its owner too.... http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w...psgbabq83m.jpg |

Looks choppy at 5k +. Traction issues?

Thanks guys. Funny story from the day was a guy rolled up in a 5th gen SS vert and basically said he didn't want to embarrass the group with his TT 427 under the hood. The car appeared all stock and he bought it with the TT427 option from the factory. Of course he was asked to pop the hood and proceeded to exit the parking lot. Weird.
