Don't have one for you but any chance they can just swap a front wheel/tire to the back?

ThoR294 04-13-2017 06:15 AM

do what brian said it put it on the front for now.

What style is it? firebird? camaro? 16"? 17"?

rich98z28 04-13-2017 06:31 AM

I brought my slicks down to them. can't use a front tire there way too worn. Could swap tire and rim, if need be. I'm just worried without heating the slicks there being a traction issue.. Plus I am gonna want to beat on it now. So I'm gonna see if i can't find a good used cheap rim, I'm going to take it to get repaired. But thanks for the advice...

I actually have a set of slicks on salad shooters, I don't need another off pair of rims. But thank you.

If you weren't 100 miles away I'd have given you a pair. Good luck, hope you found a solution.

I'd happily drive out to you if there the correct rims. I'm still gonna have to replace or repair that rim.

They're not. They are Firebird / Trans Am 16" wheels. I was under the impression you were looking for a temporary solution just to get you through the dyno session, not a permanent fix.
