this is not a GM deal, but a private company that will turn 50 6th gen camaros into "Trans Am" themed cars and will have supercharged 455 engines at 1,000 hp.

looks like it was just announced at this years NY auto show, which is this week at the Javits center.

Brian and I checked them out at the auto show, pretty cool cars with a hell of a lot of power.

How'd they look in person? I've had a tough time warming up to all these post-production T/A attempts.

I thought they looked better than the prior 5th gen versions.
