Looking for these Fuses

Went to a service call today, found this... can't find hollow fuses anywhere, and there aren't any numbers on these.

Sometimes you can gauge how much their rated for by grabbing when its live and see how it feels.

They make fuse adapters so perhaps a smaller diameter copper pipe or even a cut of a grounding rod may do. Haha.
