Ladies and Gentlemen, fellow owners of rattly automobiles:

We tried this last year, but on account of my sucking, the planning was terrible. This year, I say we make a strong showing. A few northern OGs have got their cars sorted (I'm looking at you Alex and Mike). We've been stuck indoors and driving dailys for far too long on account of the rain. So let's go out and check out some unique cars and exotics owned by the rich and famous of Bergen County. If you've never met me before, this is your chance to be underwhelmed. It's less than two weeks away so all of you philistines can check your calendars now and pencil this ish in. Encourage your friends and other members to come. The show never disappoints.

Last, but certainly not least, Ice Cream by Mike is open in Ridgewood. It's some damn good hipster ice cream that is worth the trip alone. I'm going to designate that the meeting spot. The show technically starts at 6pm, but you need to be there around 4pm to get your car registered if you are entering it. That gives you plenty of time to get your car in position, then come meet us up shortly after 6pm at the ice cream shop. Feel free to PM me for my cell phone number if you aren't familiar with our faces but want to come find us.

Yep, count me in. Time to polish the turd. Are we all trying to register and roll together? We should meet somewhere before hand possibly the Kings parking lot in Midland Park? Its a straight shot down Godwin Ave into Ridgewood and has easy access for people coming from 208/287.

I went last year for the first time, really enjoyed it. Cool how they do it on the street and lots of great places to have dinner with the lady. As of now I'm working that night but working on getting off. Long as I'm able to I'll be there with the SS.

Had a great time last year. We'll see how it goes but my friend is coming down from Boston that weekend so I may not be around.

Sounds like fun but I'd have a challenge splitting from work early enough to make it happen. Have fun folks.

I would like to go to this, but its over an hour for me one way on the turnpike and parkway! Yikes!

Happy Labor Day weekend, men. Friendly reminder that the show is this week.

I'll be putting in some work tonight to get it all buttoned up. Just need to install the seats, clean the wheels and give it a decent clean up. Is there a rain date, I know the weather has been flip flopping a lot, but right now it says rain.

Website doesn't show a rain date, but it apparently updates. I'll keep you all updated. I'll keep checking.

I was really hoping to get the car in the show, but there is no way I'll be back from the city by 4pm to get it in. We'll just have to link up in the show. I'm typically off on Fridays, but since I had a 4 day for Labor Day Weekend, Im covering for someone this Friday so I'm not going to rush like a madman to get over there.
