Help adjusting carb.........

anyone know how to adjust an edelbrock 600CFM preformer carb with electric choke? my idle is really screwy lately and i dont want to tinker with it cause i have no clue what im doing with the carb. If someone can show me how to adjust it that would be great. im in lodi and will trave. last week i went to trenton to have bill help me with my car. I know there probably arent alot of card guys on here but its worth a shot.

Its just the idle?

Because I know how to adjust the idle, and bring the idle RPM up or down , but thats it.
(In gear or sitting idle)

I have the same problem with my edlebrock.

but asides adjusting the idle, I dont think theirs anything else we can actually do to tune the carbs, you have to buy the adjustment kits

its definatly the idle. cause it surges some times gose from like 500 to 900. forget about when lets say im pulling out of a parking spot or a lot onto a road or highway some times the car stalls cause the rpm drops so low.
