December Gathering
 

welp, it looks like december is going to be a wash. with the holidays and school breaks and who's going to be home and who will be able to make it, it just doesn't seem worth it to have big plans for 10 people or so that would be able to make it. we'd have to make it for the beginning of the month, and that would make it really close to the north meet. it'd probably work out to being back to back weekends, and that probably wouldn't work out for those on a budget. they'd have to choose which meet to attend, and that would affect attendance at both meets.

p.s. al and i are working on the next central jersey meet, which happens to fall in december.

im thinkin jan or feb depending on when planning gets started.

there is too much going on in december...push it back a month.

idk, a christmas event would be pretty cool. we could have a party somewhere!

If we can get enough support, having a meet right around the holidays would be great.

If not, It wouldn't bother me to have it sometime in January.

ski/snowboard trip!!!!!!!

My room mate is going to florida for xmas and new years. the house is big enough where we have had 30 people and we were still comfortable so we could have a holiday bash there. only thing i would need is one of justins theme ideas cause no one would like mine. :twisted:

i can only guess what sick idea you have :D

i say we go for it in december and shoot for an early date.
if we can't get a place we can push it back then. i doubt there will be any problem if we start contacting potential venues now though.

ok still lieing. Im horrible when it comes to party planning but i do like justins Pimp and ho idea for the party he threw and the pictures he seen. we could have a xmas pimp/ho party.

the last one was a devils and angels theme. hehe
i am thinking cowboys and indians will be next :)

i already tried this, and got frustrated really quickly. nothing near the third week is available. unless it's some hole in the wall, and how much fun is that? oh, wait, we can party next to frank the local drunk and his crew. not.

this is the whole reason i posted, as finding a venue in the month of december really should be done a year ahead of time.

Yea i think i could do a clown thing. it's not like i dont got the clown face paint in my junk draw right now. oh yea i do have it there.

all I am saying is if this thing gets thrown on my birthday...which falls on a saturday...ALL OF YOU ARE SINGING HAPPY BIRTHDAY....fockers.

I'm tired of not being able to do something for my birthday because something else always comes up.

And I still vote for the clown theme...like Killer Clowns from Outer Space or ICP. The scarier the better.
