Hello from a new guy

Hello all! Just wanted to introduce myself. I found a link to this sight on another forum. I just bought a '96 Z28 this week and I love it. So sweet, I've been wanting one for a while and finally got one. I finally get to retire my 245,000 mile Mustang. It was getting worn out and I was getting tired of it anyway.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I won't be going to the track tonight but I only live 2 miles from it. I'm sure I'll be over their soon whether I race or not. I've never even ran a car at the track but I want to run this one a few times at least.

Nah - it's addictive. :D You take the car to the track a few times, and next thing you know the mods will start coming in the mail, and you'll be at the track twice a week.

You're probably right Tru2. I almost never get into anything halfway. It's almost always both feet and the whole bank account.

I can tell you one thing, I'd have a very shaky clutch leg the first few runs until I settle myself down.
