Clear Turning Signals PITA!
Okay, I put clear turning signals on my friends 97 Camaro, it was a pain in the ass but well worth it in the end.
So I go to put them in on my 01 and forget it... I can't get the stock ones out!!! That really hard foam stuff behind the front bumper is blocking one way and the headlight bracket is blocking on the other side! So I'm in a jam. Anyone done this before? Please feed back!! |
dude, the 98 and later Camaros are easy..
remove the headlight by removing the one bolt on top, then slide the whole headlight housing toward the center of the car.....then just remove the 3 bolts that hold the corner lense in.....VOILA.... lemme know if u need help |
Yea yesterday I talked to someone at worked and he told me how to do it. It looked like the headlight has like 8 bolts in it so i didn't look that route then he pointed out the two simple bolts. Thanks Im going to try it on friday.
