LT1 SHORT BLOCK NEEDED!
I do not post here much, i usually just browse the posts. Â*Some one gave me a flyer on SLP day down at english town.
But anyway... Â*I am looking for an LT1 short block. Â*Preferably one that does not NEED a rebuild. Â*But that can work too. Â*I am located in Cranford NJ. Unfortunatly, my crank snout spun in the crank hub, with out the crank hub spinning. Â*Obviously, this caused quite a bit of damage to the crank snout. Â*I concidered just swapping the snout, but I am also experiencing a GREAT deal of blow by, so a new short block, or rebuild seems like the right thing to do right now. Â*I do not have the money to do the full rebuild that I want to, so I am setting for this. Please contact me at RatherShort@comcast.net or post here, thanks alot! |
Isnt a LT1 a gen II block 350, which is almost similar to a regular Gen 1 350 SBC?
|
The internals are the same as far as stroke and bore leading to displacement. But LT1s have the reverse coolant system.
