meet this weekend in bergen county?
 

ok, i'd like to have some type of meet or gathering this weekend, in my area, northern bergen county. Â*soemthing just to hang out for a short while, nothing big. maybe something at the palisades mall or even just in downtown closter( the local cops would enjoy that :twisted: , dont worry, they like me, lol). i know some people are local by me, whos up for it? lol, come on, its soemthign to do on a boring night...and i'd say liek 7 or 8 pm, so then you can go party afterwards still...

I could only do somethin like that sunday this weekend. busy tomorro wnight, and starting a job saturday 5-midnightish

I know Palisades, but whats in downtown Closter?

The weather has been suck ass, so palisades is cool with me.

theres really nothing in closter, a kmart and stop& shop parking lot, lol palisades is a good idea then, and i think most people are free sunday. lets try to figure out a time and what to do there if anything.

there's a dave & busters.........chili's, outback, macaroni grill, TGI Fridays, Legal Seafood, etc....

since age may be an issue, i suggest Fridays.. any other preferences? . and we still need a time.

hey man, I've been to downtown Closter a couple times... for the movie theater back in middle school, and a couple times when friends wanted to go to that starbucks or cold stone (i ended up leaving cold stone and we just got ice cream from where I worked at the time haha) :lol:

a few years ago me and my friends used to hang out in the old grand union parking lot(now stop and shop) we were nicknamed the "closter plaza crew" a lot of people from surrounding towns knew about us, lol, it was pretty sad but theres never much to do around here. closter is ok, we got the theater, BK, a couple of pizza places, cold stone, starbucks, a small local diner, and best of all the cops gave up of busting our balls about just hanging out. they know we werent causing much trouble. on average we used to have 15 cars and about 20 people hanging out every night. even on chrstmas we were there...doing donut contests on the ice, lol

I could be up for a meet, but this weekend is kinda shot. Going out to dinner Sunday for my parents Anniversary, and tomorrow is Xmas shopping.

i doubt it. Nothing will ever get organized here in north jersey, i give up lol even "our" meet was not even "in" north jersey in my opinion...so much for the north...maybe i'll claim NY as my new home, haha

Thats not true, Im going to go out on a limb and just say its because of the weather, and the holiday season.

if i remember correctly the willowbrook mall meets arent always the happening place to go. i went once, only me and pat were there, after that i figured it wasnt worth it to try again. people even talked about getting up to SV as a group, hmm that didnt happen either. i dunno, its no big deal, it doesnt really matter to me though.

sunday nights would work for me. its apparant nobody gives a **** to find out who has the best food in north jersey...only me. :cry:

I would totally be down for a meet this weekend, but its a pretty far drive and I have to work on some of my cars. maybe after the holidays...
