anyone change their clutch?
anyone change their clutch on a m5 or m6 with a hydrolic slave? (3.8 v6 or ls1)
i need to know the order of reattatching things. i have the slave piece, withthe bleeder and the hydrolic connector, but where exactly does that bolt to? i dont see where it bolts to the bellhousing and it won't fit over the input shaft. |

hmmm... I could hook you up there too...

seriously man? lol the hydrolic cables are coming friday :( if i can get'em sooner, that'd be ****in awsome. if you can hook me up with a 3.8 gearbox, can be 96+, i can give you everything needed for a 3.4 swa, minus the pedals, and/or a a4 tranny. up to you. i need to get my car back o nthe road this week.

i dont know if this helps any, but did the clutch in my 01 ss back in like '02. it wasnt hard, the hydraulic line had a quick release fitting that conected on the outside of the bellhousing to and internal slave cylinder, thats the style ls1's have, i dont know about the v6's. the quick release fitting you just pull back and unhook it. there is a check ball that keeps fluid in and air out, i did my clutch without having to even bleed it afterwards.
