to buy or not to buy.....
... a low profile 2 post lift for my garage. I found one, in my price range, that'll fit in my garage AND its located near by. It is something i do really need for all the work that i do, plus it would keep me from possibly hurting my back more from laying under cars(im already in physical therapy). I dont know why i'm hesitating on the purchase, i should have bought it as soon as i saw it, but luckily it is still available. no matter what, by 12 noon tomorrow i will have definately made up my mind about it, if i dont end up finalizing the deal before then...

Im sure people would pay some good money to get on that thing once in a while.

true, i figured i could rent it out, like 5-10 bucks an hour, id just make them bring their own tools.

Go for it! I'll be the first to rent; I need to do the frontend on my daily driver '87 SS in a warm environment. :) I hate freezing my ass off to work on the car!

hehe, i bought it. The guy is moving to FL march 1st so it'll ready to be picked up by late feb, not a problem for me since it gives me time to gather the rest of the cash. but i wont have it setup until at least april, considering i need to get a 220v line run to my garage and i have to pour new concrete slabs to mount it on, but once its in, itll be way worth it. I can lift my SS, my vette, and bunches of other stuff. i'll even consider renting it out for use occasionally.
