well, i managed to get the bronco into my garage, a tight fit but not too bad, so at leats its dry and i can put my heater on. Steve, you know how my garage looked, now image that bronco in it, lol. i got quite a bit done today, First I got the rad support and fenders off, then removed all the wiring, removed the steering box, ripped out the abs pump and the master, scraped off all the melted plastic from the frame rails and shock towers, pulled the windsheild trim, removed the wiper cowl and wiper setup. Finally i pulled the motor. After that was all done, I scraped the dirt and grease off the frame and used a wire brush to clean it off along with getting most of the rust a soot off the firewall. Found out the shock towers have some pretty heavy duty surface scale rust so i may replace them. Tomorrow, i have to pull the windsheild, dash and any other damaged interior parts. Once everythings out, i can sand and paint the firewall and frame and then start reassembling it...good ole fords...
