me vs. rsx turbo vs. work monte
 

Last night i went out to conneticut for some racing... so we went out to race.. the camera man is in the rsx turbo... im to the left in my trans am, and on the right is some sick monte on a MT ET drags with some serious work done. http://www.club-swat.com/~bren/turborsxls1bigblock.wmv
the monte lanched out 3 cars on me, but thats what i expected. i went out to race the rsx, but since there was 3 lanes the monte joined in to

the RSX needs some slicks on the front...i dont think it hooked at all in first

He should have been door-to-door with you then. Even though it has 30 less HP than you have, that car is a few hundred lbs. lighter. Maybe someone started rumors about his car so he could get beat?

notice how quick he shifted out of first? the thing was spinning the tires like it had donut spares on it, the driver sucks/needs better tires.

Was that at the Berlin Turnpike? Man, I miss that place.

theres a turbo rsx around here, mid 13 second car even with around 300hp. my buddy with a n/a civic type r hangs right with it though....

the rsx has seen low 13's on a street tire before, and i belive he had a bfg on last night

Seems like if the monte didn't have some stickies you might a kicked his ass!

i was on my bald and worn out bfg;s but anyhting is better then a street tire.. i didnt come out hard because i didnt feel like having to pay for a 70 mile tow back to jersey. i just slipped the clutch out

Ahhhh, a decent dump would have given him more of a run for his money...... and then toss some nitrous into the mix.... :)
