Routine Maintenance for...270,000 Miles

After getting lost on the way home from Hooters last night (See what happens when you confuse the Turnpike with the Parkway) I went about 40-50 miles outta my way. ANyways I pulled into my driveway with 270,003 miles. What Routine Maintenance should I aim for.

For one is there anything wrong youve been noticing. Example smoke on startup or noises or anything.

When was the last time any maintence has been done on it that you know of?

it would jsut be a regular tune up and oil change really. only other things to do would be take care of any little stuff you have noticed like deadtrend was saying.
i love readin stuff like thins and then hearing how unreliable american cars are supposed ot be. my dad had a buikc century that went 470K before we got rid of it. it never actually stopped bein gcompletely drivable, he just got tired af saying"we'll get rid of it when it stops running".

later

I wanna make it to 300k (this is all orig too, minus alternator and water pump).

Once I get to 300k, Ill be happy and then retire the 305.
