There is a definate wiring problem

K, besides my occassional sticky left turn signal, i came across another... my seatbelt light kicks on when i turn the car, and stays on. Now i figure i try fiddling with the belt buckle but it didint work... so i hit the brakes at a stop light, and it goes away... let my foot off it and it comes back on... conclusion?

Anybody know a good wiring/electrical expert that can fix my wiring problems? Or anybody have a wiring diagram for an 86 TA?I have Chiltons but i need a microscope to see what each wire says. Thanks
