3 inch electric qtec w/ cutout...used but with a freshly rebuild motor in the qtec...i paid 170...never used it...make offer

How long ago was the motor rebuilt? And does it come with any wiring?

comes with wiring, switch, and from the person who sold it to me it was a fresh rebuild...i can't confirm it
