Just make sure the 4 locking tabs that hold the motor to gear housing are tight, or youll strip the metal gears as well.

If memory serves me right ....94-97 V8 4L60es are the same except that 94 (and 93 maybe) used one lockup solenoid vs 2 so...

I pulled the dash completely out to remove the hvac box. Just be carefull cause the soft padding will crack or get holes if you hit it on anything

4th gen bumpstops are worse then thirdgens. They are more of a foam then rubber. His are actually not as bad as I seen cause its actually still there. Most crumble and fall the f off.
