Yeah, I meant the crossbar behind the seat. Don't understand why they don't make it removable, seems like it would encourage more safety equipment use if it didn't impact so badly on the streetable...

I'd go with a minimum of a 6 point, then. And in all likelyhood, a pro built/installed 6 point can be built to meet your critera probably far better than a bolt-in kit type.
