Looks just like a 3rd gen assembly :( . It's a royal PITA. It might be easier, if you don't want to drill holes, to remove the whole assembly. It's not hard, but once you have the assembly out you...

Still doesn't sound like a transmission problem. If you've got all the gears, and they're all shifting without much slip then it's probably not the trans. Heck, it's downshifting like it should at...

The pump is a wear item. When it wear's out you need to replace it just like anything else. The problem with OBDI is that it doesn't tell you the pump is the problem but it's pretty easy to...

I like the gloss black. It'll match the tail-lights well but you NEED to black out those tail-pipes for it to work. Chrome, gloss black, and red looks like you're a hack in the making.

Backfiring through the intake is almost always fuel starvation. Have you replaced the fuel filter? What about the fuel pump? Those are the 2 things that need to be replaced on old TBI vehicles.

I disagree with Bill. He had 2.73 gears. Of course he needed a high stall converter! If you're installing 3.73's you will not need a high stall, you won't ever be down that low. Unless you're...

I'd go with a 2600-3200rpm stall for a street driven LS1 with 3.73's. Generally speaking, with better gears in the rear you don't need as much stall. This is because you won't spend much time below...

320rwhp is around 370-380hp at the flywheel. Do you really think for one minute that injectors made for 275hp can flow an extra 100hp without stressing? The injectors are too small, it's that simple....

If it's not popping up a code and it's falling on it's face from the 60 to the 1/8 mile I'd say it's the tune. The 4.10's and 3000 stall would hide even bad tuning so it's hard to pin point.
320rwhp...
