Yup, they stay on the fuel rail and the tester plugs into the electrical connector for each injector.

I've had injectors seize completely after only ~6-7 months of sitting. My cheapo injector tester can sometimes break them loose after a few blips on "high frequency" where it cycles them @ ~120Hz.

JWIS chain from Katech, it's the C5R program chain and there is zero record of failure. It's compatible w/ stock GM cam/crank gears and no installation drama like double-row setups.
