I'm building up my 350 first gen block engine and have to replace the oil pan. Right now my oil pan is 7'' depth, rear sump, wet sump, 4 quarts - stock with stock oil pump. Since ih ave to replace it...

you can pick up a lincoln electric mig which can do FCAW and MIG welding for about $350. You can get it online at sears.com or go to lowes or homedepot. They even have stick welders.

I'm up in North Jersey working on a 350-1st Generation small block [carb, no computer]. Anyone know of an Engine Dyno around here? The engine is not in the car so a chasis dyno would be pointless....
