Yes that also falls into where I mentioned Torque Management programing..
If I remember correctly there is different tables for it 1-2, 2-3
And it can force a downshift besides cutting back timing...

You probably have a few problems but atleast they are tunning issues..
1. a 4L60E will not shift into 4th gear at w.o.t.
2. Torque management program.. delete it and the car will feel like a new...
