To be honest, I always blue-locktite torque...

To be honest, I always blue-locktite torque converter bolts on top of proper torque to avoid this sort of nonsense. There's a ton of vibration and torque on those particular bolts.

There going to be some rubber bushings in those top mounts? If they're bolted solid, still going to be a ****ton of vibration transmitted to the radiator, as well as the expansion/contraction...

Low voltage will screw with the way the injectors fire, and some are more susceptible to low voltage issues than others. Get the charging system in line first!
