Both the same, the XTS uses a slightly different caliper. I've had both ATS's and CTS's squeak.

There is a bulletins involving brake squeak on initial apply, those suckers can really scream. We use the Brembo stuff at work but any copper paste will do. You don't need a lot, just a little bead...
