you said it right there yourself. You can't buy a place there for 73k anymore i'm sure where you are.

but that's not bad, you're not all that far off of where i am. You probably just got in at the right time a few years back I'm guessing. The difference is you can still get deals like that here.

And I'm far from in the sticks. the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area of pa is definitely some of the highest property value in pa because of proximity to nyc and philly, not to mention it's one of the more populated areas in general. I think a lot of people have the impression that all of pa is farms and woods, not this area at all.
