I'm just running 32's on my 4Runner and that's with basically the stock suspension. The rear springs sag on the the 4Runners so you need to get them back up to stock height or a little more. I've used add-a-leafs in the past and they work great for about 2 to 2-1/2" of lift. But then you need to crank up the torsion bars to about the limit to level the truck. I decided to go with 1" blocks to lift the rear back up instead so I wouldn't have to crank up the torsion bars.
