Thats the plate... and if it was you on Kenvil Ave by Captn Fresh and saw me in the black third gen and u waved... that was me... u were making a right off the road to go towards Mine Hill... mightve been someone else but didnt get a close look. Had somewhat of a tan skin and i think a light brown hat on... dark hair too... |
