Agreed.
Before my 21 yr old cousin commited suicide 8 months ago, I would've agreed with you guys. But after he did what he did, and me, knowing what he's been through his whole life, sometimes you just can't take the pain anymore I guess. Yes, he has put his family through hell by what he has done, I'm still grieving from losing him. I'm sure he never thought about how much his family would hurt, because he was in too much pain himself. Can you imagine uncontrollable cirumstances making you just want to cry every day and your heart aching so bad? He went through so much in his life from the time he was 2 yr's old until he killed himself, that I believe that now he's in peace. Maybe he's finally happy or at least not hurting anymore. He was such a good kid, but life threw him too many curveballs that most people don't go through in 3 lifetimes, let alone 21 yrs of life. I don't believe its the "cowards way out"(some circumstances might be i guess), but it really is a last resort in some people eyes when they truly believe that nothing will ever make them smile again then they don't want to live anymore. I don't know...just my $.02
