It's time for the annual New Year's batch of chili. The last batch wasn't overly spicy so I decided to toss in some of the seeds from one of the hot peppers this time.
This batch is smokin and it's just the first day. Chili usually gets hotter the longer it stews in the crock pot. Tomorrow it's gonna be interesting!
