building a shed is easy, im 99% sure you dont need any permits, you just have to have a paper signed by your neighbors stating they dont mind it just incase in the future they try to say something to the city about it you show the city the paper n the neighbors cant do squat....i would recomend to buy a shed nor a kit, here such a rip off yea they look fancy but they **** for the money, if you need the help id be more then glad to help you a hand i know more about construction the i do about cars
