They need to make CF chassis, suspension parts, bodyshell, and flextures to replace the springs. Those things could be SO light if I got a hold of one. Since a CF chassis would be crazy you could make one out of natures composite... wood. Balsa wood has been used in model aircrafts for weight and strength for years. Even the corvettes use Balsa wood in their construction

A trick to lightening the plastic is to use a hotwire. A soldering iron with a paperclip in the end works well. A hotwire is a lot easier to control than a dremel.
