Not only that, Lexi, but you have to wait another year, not just til you get your license, at least you do in order to run at Island. Island does not allow anyone under 18 to run, and if so, they must have a parent there to sign for them for consent.

Actually, a parent doesn't need to be present, they just have to sign the release form, since no one under 18 can sign contracts.
