you would need:
motor
transmision
driveshaft
rear with disk brakes (3.4's came with rear drums.)
front suspension
computer
wiring harness
gauge cluster
exhaust
radiator, hoses, and all other engine bay accesories.
considering you can get lt1z28's for around $5000-6000 i would say its very much not woth it unless you can also get a complete doner car for under 1000
