It could be that the PCV valve is clogged, causing too much crankcase pressure so it gets sucked through the other side. Try changing the PCV and see if the problem goes away.
You should be able to clean the oil out of the TB out with some good old spray carb cleaner. Head over to Dynamic up on Washington Ave.
