pretty much all really good tattoo places don't do kids under 17 unless a parent is present. Â*I have 8 tattoo's and have appointments for #9 and 10 already. Â*I only go to The Ink Spot in Rahway now, some people say they're a bit more expensive(not for me), but either way, the quality of a great job far outshines the "great deal" of a cheap price. Â*jOn has seen mine and will attest to the great line/shading and overall quality work.
I say wait 'till you're 18, if you want one that bad, you'll still want it when you're 18, and then you can go to a reputable artist.

ya i must admit they are better quality then most that i've seen...btw i dont hafta wait till im 18...your more than old enough to be my parent Â*:P
