Its one of two vehicles to expand Saab's market. The other is a GMT-360 based 9-7x, which is what the Trailblazer, Envoy, and Ranier is based off of. It will get the 4.2 I-6 and 5.3 V8.
Mitsu is a totaly different company, owned by Diamler Chrysler.
