a couple of the techs at the dealership pulled in $150,000 last year, withseveral more making at least $100,000. I'm assuming those guys have been there for a little while, while a new technician would probably make around $80-90K. |
but thats for TECHS...guys who are at least ADE certified in some part of mechanics(ie suspension, brakes, engines, diesel)...they wont pay you that if your only there for oil changes and basic crap...you might get like $40-50 if you're lucky enough to land a job there...but hey, who knows... |
i'll have all eight ASE certifications before i graduate. no worries there.
