Have you ever owned a ferret before? They kinda need "special" treatment as they aren't like any other pet that I know of. If you want to get some weight back on him you can go to a good pet store and buy "Duck Soup" mix or you can try Chicken baby food. Remember to stay away from fruits and vegetables as they are carnivores and can't really digest that stuff very well.
