			teh "other way" is easier than you would think. just go to a local shop that does inspections. hardly any of them ever do an underhood inspection really. usually it is just a "throw it on the dyno and get it out of here" kind of a deal. so as long as you pass the sniffer, 9 time sout of 10, they aren't gonna look for anything.
