!! Damn! Taxes in Jersey are getting so bad. My parents are having a house built in an adult communit in Little Egg Harbor and their estimated taxes are over 7K. When I owned my houe in Rutherford my taxes were 6500 and my property was only 45x100 and the house was really small. That's what's holding me up from buying my next house.....that and having only one income to do it on.
