entraptment pretty much doesn't exist. an example of entraptment ina Â*street racing thing would be if the "cop" posing as a street racer said he'd jsut give you 1 million just to run him. entraptment is when you are asked to do an illegal act, and the rewards from doing it would be to great to refuse. like getting Â*a million dollars just to race someone. another example would be a cop saying he'd give you a million dollars to steal a pack of gum...that would be entrapment. |
But laughing about how you beat some ricer or guy in a POS primered stang might just qualify as entrapment
