Don't bother upgrading anything on the ignition with a 350 and TPI. TPI will keep you below 6000rpm and you're not running 500+hp so the spark will be plenty strong enough.
The best upgrade is wires. Since you are running EFI don't go with solid core wires. I recommend any good set of 8mm thick spiral core wires from a name brand. That would be my only upgrade. My dizzy is almost 190k miles old and it's still "tight." Replaced the cap and rotor about 5 years ago but only 40k miles.
The ignition boxes do help with emissions and gas milage so if you're looking to put money somewhere other than the wires go with an MSD 6A or 6AL.
Now to go all out I'd go with CNP but there isn't any easy way to go about fitting that setup onto your engine.
