A cheap, imitation-way to make "Somewhat-of-A Ram Air" is dual snorkels. Have 1 snorkel hooked up behind each foglight hole with the lenses removed (unless you love them to death). Theres a 305 (carbed) with it done on cardomain and had gains of around 10-12 extra horses + a Grand Am had it done. Seems to work, putting my 2 cents in
