I used tables for the picture spacing but for some reason the page with the IROC pics is being thrown off by the text. Â*I also want to try and thumbnail the pics eventually, but wanted to get something done fast for now. Â*Will upgrade it in the upcoming weeks. Â*I have to make a seperate page for each thumbnailed pic right?

Go into Frontpage and open each file, go into the HTML mode (so all you see is code, or where it is split screen). Near the top you'll see something like "<Title="New Page 2"> Or something like that... Change the title to whatever you want.
