Get yourself an external fuel pressure regulator and bump the pressure up to 25psi with your current injectors. Port the TBI, add a simple cheap injector pod spacer and shave the throttle shaft down to get a bit more air flow. If you don't like it there's always the carb option and keep the electronic spark control.
